In efforts to provide the best quality of learning Bellevue EMS will be switching our video instructor guided classes over to the American Heart Associations Blended Learning online classes beginning January 1, 2020.

What does this mean for you or your organization?

Before expiration of your current certificate visit select the class that meets your requirements, and pay for the online portion through the American Heart Association (this cost will cover course content along with the online booklet). Once the course is purchased you will complete the online course work on your own time and at your own pace. When finished you will print a course completion card. You will provide this completion card when you test on the hands-on skills portion.

Bellevue EMS will be providing skills testing the third Tuesday of each month (excluding the months of July and December). Prior to attending the skills testing you will need to sign up and pay for the class through our website, (under the CPR tab) this cost covers the certificate processing fee. Finally, upon completion of all requirements you will receive your completion card through the email you provided.

Bellevue EMS feels it is very important to continue to offer CPR and First Aid classes and hope that this is more user friendly and time saving for you as the student. This also frees up our instructors who are volunteer EMT’s and Paramedic’s to respond to 911 calls for our service.
